- Hazell Watson & Viney operated a printing works in Tring Road, Aylesbury (they were established in London in the 19th century and published the complete works of Charles Dickens); the Aylesbury works was located near the junction of Tring Road and the High Street but all the buildings were demolished about 2006

- This fire station was in Victoria Street. If you turned left into Victoria Street from the Tring Road the fire station was on the left approx 100yds in. The original fire station was one of the first buildings to be destroyed when the paper store caught fire in September 1963. |
